"Checkout was easy overall"
I ordered from gonursery.com and the checkout process was straightforward. I liked that the cart updated right away when I made changes, and the order total was clearly shown before I paid, including the shipping cost, so there weren’t any surprises.

The only small hiccup was after I entered my shipping info, the next page took a little longer to load than I expected. For a moment I wasn’t sure if it had actually submitted or if I needed to click again, but I waited it out and it moved forward.

Payment went through fine in the end, and I got the confirmation email almost immediately, which was reassuring. Overall, it was a good experience, especially with how clear the cart and pricing details were, though the checkout pages could be a bit faster.

"Glad I trusted my gut on this order"
I got exactly what I ordered, and everything matched the details on the site. One of the plants was a little smaller than I expected, but the order itself was right and there weren’t any issues. I had a good feeling about it when I placed the order, and I’m happy overall. I’d use them again.

"I get shipping happens, but the packaging could’ve been better"
I know plants can be tricky to ship and I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the box arrived squashed and there was barely any protection around the plant inside. Maybe it was the carrier, but it still would’ve helped to have it packed a bit more securely. Disappointing overall

"Didn’t quite match the listing"
The item showed up fine, but it wasn’t really what I thought I was getting from the description. The size felt a bit off and the colour looked different from the photos on the page. Maybe it was just the lighting they used, or maybe the listing was made to look a little better than it actually is, but either way I was disappointed. It’s not awful, I just expected it to match the pictures and details more closely.

"Reliable delivery and an easy ordering process"
I’ve ordered from gonursery.com twice now, and both times everything showed up when it was supposed to. The whole ordering process was easy and didn’t take much effort, which I appreciated. Tracking wasn’t perfect, but it gave me enough updates to know what was going on. One of the boxes arrived a little dented, but the plants inside were totally fine. I’d definitely order from them again

"Quick replies, but I was expecting an apology"
I reached out to support when I needed help, and to be fair, they got back to me quickly and answered my question. That part was appreciated. I just felt like, considering the inconvenience, an apology would’ve been nice too.

"Had a small issue but they fixed it"
I ordered a cot mattress from gonursery.com and the delivery update just kind of stopped moving for a few days. I wasn’t really sure what was going on, or if I’d missed an email or something.

I messaged them and they got back to me the next morning. They checked with the courier, explained there’d been a delay, and sent over a new tracking link, which helped a lot.

It turned up two days later and everything was fine when it arrived. Not totally smooth at the start, but they sorted it out without making it a big drama, so I’d probably use them again.

"Way Bigger Than I Expected! 🌿"

"Refund was a little slow, but the replacement came through"
The refund took a bit longer than I expected, but to be fair, the replacement arrived in good condition and the issue was handled in the end. Overall, I’d say it was a fair experience

"Easy site, but the selection felt limited"
The website was easy to use and I did find a few plants I liked, which was a good start. That said, a lot of the options I was interested in were out of stock, and the ones I did like weren’t available in the size I wanted. It made browsing feel a bit frustrating and more limited than I expected. Still, the site itself is fine, and I’d probably check back another time to see if they have more in stock...

"Hard to use when you're in a hurry"
I was trying to get through the website quickly, but the pages were loading really slowly and I kept getting confused about where to go next. It felt frustrating, especially since I was already kind of rushed.

"Faster than I expected, honestly"
I’ll give credit where it’s due, my order from gonursery.com showed up quicker than I thought it would. I wasn’t expecting much, but the tracking updated without any weird gaps and the package got here with no real hassle. The box was a bit bent, which is why I’m not going all-in with 5 stars, but everything inside was fine. So yeah, solid overall.

"Too expensive and not very transparent"
I didn’t really feel like The Great Outdoors was worth what they’re charging. The prices seemed high compared to a few other places I looked at, so I was expecting the whole experience to feel more premium or at least offer better value.

What also bothered me was that it wasn’t super clear who actually owns or runs the site, which made me a little uneasy. Maybe it works fine for some people, but for me it just felt overpriced and not transparent enough to justify paying more

"Plants were okay, but I expected a little more"
I ordered from gonursery.com a couple weeks ago, and when the plants arrived, they were mostly alive and looked decent overall. After a day or two of unpacking them, though, I noticed one was weak and dry compared to the others. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I was expecting the plants to show up in better shape.

"I did get my order in the end..."
I did get my order in the end, so no major disaster there. The only frustrating part was the communication. Replies took a while, and the tracking info wasn’t very clear, which kind of made me feel like they were only giving updates when I pushed for them. Maybe that wasn’t the case, but it did seem like they were trying to keep things a bit too vague until the package actually moved. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked
